Is the new Firmware 5/Kernel 1.06 safe/reliable? I had many crashes issues with the K1.05 that I had to rollback to K.1.04, and even now it still crashes every now and then on Mother 3 and Gyakuten Saiban. Will the new update fix this or not?

yep 1.06. FW actually fix most of the issues, games are burning tad slower, but play very well, no glitches or crashes so far...fingers cross its stay that way..
Im quite impressed.
