Hacking Usbloadergx and Cfg Loader won't work

I installed Homebrew channel and d2x (though I'm guessing I might have installed d2x wrong) When I open Gx it shows the wii apps and when I switch it to wii games it shows nothing and nothing on the Gx screen is clickable but the cursor still moves.

While CFG loader shows games but stops at booting game.

Did I miss a step? I put them both in the apps folder. Am I supposed to install a different cIOS?

I might have formatted my drive wrong though.

Run sysCheck and make sure you install it correctly. You can download sysCheck from here: sysCheck

And for cIOS D2X i recommend you install it this way:

cIOS in the slot 245 with base IOS38
cIOS in the slot 246 with base IOS56
cIOS in the slot 247 with base IOS57
cIOS in the slot 248 with base IOS58
cIOS in the slot 249 with base IOS38
cIOS in the slot 250 with base IOS56
