UsbdSecPatch not detecting all buttons

Example video of the issue attached. Pretty much it’s barely detecting my button inputs. Is this a normal quirk of this patch? Maybe it’s just very picky with what mayflash adapter it likes to work with?

I also use this adapter on my PC so I know it works
