That was certainly the goal with this release. Although some of the issues I discovered by accident, like I didn't know that VC/WW patching was broken until I was working on deflicker filter patching (that's the commit the fix is in) and noticed that it wasn't getting applied no matter what settings I used. You fixed all the biggest issues there were for few years, like boot sequence, VC/WW patching!! (I didn't find the fix on github), or homebrew/wigsc launching.
Correct. It'll store it in memory and then when WiFi is initialised on the Wii it'll transfer everything over with nothing missingI see you worked on wifi_gecko, I had the idea to store the log in memory until you can send it to wifi once the network is enabled, so you get logs of pre-network events (boot sequence, unfortunately not post events like game launching). I see you named a variable "gecko buffer", is that what's it doing now ?
Thank you!Edit:
I edited the first post to reflect the fact your version is the latest/best version to get, and marked it as "latest official".
ah, that's why I didn't find it, github is buggy on Firefox, it doesn't let me see all the changed files, or also the network graph. I saw only the language filesthat's the commit the fix is in
To clarify, if you're using the standard red white and yellow cables then there's no advantage to enabling the deflicker option, right?@Cyan Are you still using an older version of Firefox? If not then that issue might be caused by an extension, since I'm using Firefox and everything loads.
@cloud-strife777 You'll find a lot of info about it here.
If your Wii isn't set to output 480p then you should probably leave the setting alone, unless you know exactly what you're doing.
I can confirm that it's because you're using an old ESR version. The GitHub homepage even displays "GitHub no longer supports this web browser" at the top.I'm on 60.9.0esr, maybe because of esr. thanks
OFF (Safe) is the recommended setting, since that should work for most games without introducing any visual issues (no broken fade in/out effects or brightness effects).I use 480p HDMI converter to 1080p + mclassic 1440p.
What setting must I use for the deflicker filter?

I think cheats did work before, so they should still work now. And that applies to both NAND and emuNAND.
That'll be a neek2o issue, which I don't know a great deal about since I've always used the loaders built in emuNAND options."Ocarina is not supported with neek2o yet. Launch game anyway?"
If I choose "yes", the games boot indeed, but they don't have the corrected aspect ratio, either in 4:3 or 16:9.
If I remember correctly, neek2o is needed to boot games like Castlevania Rebirth, and that must be why I installed it (has been quite a long time since I created my emuNand).
Is there maybe another setting to boot an Emunand game that doesn't need neek2o?
Swiss' works on those two games and doesn't break the fades.Filtering removal through Nintendont works with pretty much every game, with only two games I have found needing to be modded for it, R: Racing Evolution and Soul Calibur II, and you can find how to edit them on the thread we were using to discuss the deflicker filter.
But for the vast majority, just force video ntsc or pal60 and you're set.

I actually have Castlevania ReBirth installed to my NAND, since that worked around compatibility issues for me.
