I moved my NAND to the SD card, installed the newest beta of D2X cios, and Mega Man 9, as well as any other WiiWare I've tried, reboots my Wii.

I guess this is just one of those things that will work itself out with future updates. I just don't understand why it's working for other people :S

Wiiware on virtual NAND (EmuNAND) isn't supported all that well, yet.
Just make sure you have a dump created by USBLoaderGX, have emulation set to full instead of partial, and that's about it.

One game that works for sure is Cave Story. I haven't been able to get any other game to work, including any Megaman games.
megaman 10 works, just started playing it.
the games i know that work for sure, cause they work for me, are all the zelda's all of the donky kongs. all of the marios. including lost levels. super r type.. altered beast an all the sonic the hedgehogs. liight,an those childens games pokyos.( i think thats how they spell that game). return of space invaders. i didn't use gx to load these to my nand, i used showmii wads. an they all work.
also you really don't need gx to dump the nand, you can use a nand from modmii, an put it in a folder an name it what ever.( i have mine named gx nand). an set it to read from that folder in the customs path. what would be nice is if gx could read from multiable nands from the same folder.then i wouldn't have to redump my games to just one nand. (pick an choose what shows up/nand that is read).

It might be easy but some more explanation is welcomed: I know that 0 0 0 is black but what's the "a=" for any what are the other lines for?

msgid "r=237 g=237 b=237 a=255 - banner icon frame color"
msgstr ""

msgid "r=52 g=190 b=237 a=255 - banner icon highlite color"
msgstr ""

msgid "r=130 g=130 b=130 a=0 - banner icon frame edge tev color 1"
msgstr ""

msgid "r=180 g=180 b=180 a=255 - banner icon frame edge tev color 2"
msgstr ""

msgid "r=255 g=255 b=255 a=255 - banner icon frame edge tev color 3"
msgstr ""

a is the alpha channel. try setting a to a lower number

Thanks testing now :)

I used:
msgid "r=0 g=0 b=0 a=10 - banner icon frame color"
msgstr ""

msgid "r=20 g=20 b=20 a=10 - banner icon highlite color"
msgstr ""

msgstr ""

msgid "r=255 g=255 b=255 a=255 - banner icon frame edge tev color 3"
msgstr ""
but nothing seem to change looks exactly same to me!

no you have to leave msgid how it is, and edit msgstr

msgid "r=237 g=237 b=237 a=255 - banner icon frame color"
msgstr "r=x g=x b=x a=x"

It'll take a lot of trial and error but things are promising, here's one where frames are channel icons based:

Thanks Shano56 :)

Now you just made the frame almost completely transparent. Thats what I meant with animated banner icon square. To actually have it properly i would leave the alpha value on 255 and only change the colors.

I was hoping to see the background PNG between the channels not the icon edge.
Thanks Dimok

Thanks for the info. I was worried that it was just my system that wasn't playing them, so this makes me quite happy :)

when doing these banners, are they the wads renamed banners? i know i can just give them the title id's for the games. just want to make sure. no i'm not using them as channels for main menu, just want the effects when you click on them like the rest of my games have.(instead of a black screen.) so i know they really don't need a dol in them. cause gx takes care of that part of launching the games. thanks. yes i will share, the finished banners are going to be nice. have the opening theme songs for all the games i have. if these work out the way i hope i will do request on these. they will be the banners for wiiware/vc games on nands.

no banners are not renamed wads.
you need to extract the wad and rename 000000000.app to id3.bnr or id6.bnr.
and yes the apploader part is useless, gx takes care or the rest :)

I managed to make the frame look more in harmony with the background png, using medium alpha 100-200 makes a cool effect too:

I'm sorry if this has been brought up before, but I'm having trouble running GC games from my USB HDD. I'll try to run one a game and it'll ask me if I'd like to copy it to my SD card (FAT32 w/ 64 KB allocation size) and i'll get an error: SD Card could not be accessed. Right now my SD gamecube path is set to sd:/games/ and I made sure there was a folder in the SD root titled "games". Any help?

sounds like either your sd card is not compatible with dml.( runs homebrew/ everything fine.). or the little yellow tab on the side is down (sd card is locked).. or not enough space for game..

I'm not sure what I did, I think I just remounted my SD card or maybe the connections were bad but it works now lol.

Anyone had trouble with games greenscreening without "GC Force Interlace" on. Super Mario Sunshine greenscreens without It on and will not do Progressive Scan becuase of using "GC Force Interlace". while it works Fine with Wiiflow-Mod. also, Double Dash is not centered properly when not using "GC Interlace Mode" and is always progressive scan even when NTSC is forced.
Both Games are NTSC-U
try running Double Dash or Super Mario Sunshine and you will see what i mean.

the games are dumped properly and all that stuff as they work in Neogamma,Configurable USB Loader, and Wiiflow-Mod.

I reported the Issues on the Google Code page in more detail with Pictures of the Double Dash centering error.
