My quick solution for this is to change bootios to 222 (hermes v5 for me) and it works.

Or turn on Quick Boot - (Settings -> Game Load -> Quick Boot (Yes))

This makes 929 work fine with 249v19 for me.

It seems that if you turn on quick boot
(Settings -> GameLoad -> Quick Boot (Yes))

The game is loading correctly ...

I have not tested myself because I'm at work but i'll test it this late evening

Banging head on wall trying to wake myself up.

I had some spare time last night to further diagnose the problems I have had since r900+. With the most recent release r929 I had hi hope so I started to do some testing.

    SM4.2
No Priiloader on this machine yet.
    Hermes V4 222 with 37 and 38.
    Hermes v4 222 with 60
    Wani's cios rev 17

Clean Seagate USB2 driive 10 gig Fat32 and 450GIG NTFS second partition

I place all the needed files on the Fat32 and use the uneo forwarder. GX Loader loads and shows me my games. Boot v4 222. When I select a game nothing, and I then GX loader become unresponsive. If I replace r929 with r899 it works flawlessly. I am using WBM 3.4 r4 and I have also tried 3.5 beta 1. I have tried changing the naming conventions to see if that was the cause.

If I try to use my 1.5TB Samsug drive, GX Loader r900+ reports no partition but lets me select and shows me my NTFS partion 1, when I select it code dumps. If I go back to r899 it works flawlessly.

Any thoughs or ideas would be great.

    Thanks,

    Some things I have tried:

Sd Card and Fat32 for files.
    Deleted Config Files
Tried copying ISO files to wbfs folder without backup manager no difference in operation.

Is there a doc that explains the config file settings in particular the partion = ? What should it be set to?

Does anyone know the correct loading settings for Super Smash Bros Brawl PAL (RSBP01) on European Wii please ?

No matter what I try, it will not load, only black screen. (rev = 921)

EDIT : Just would like to add that the game is on NTFS USB HDD.

are u using wiibackup manager? if so, u have to set "wii disc partition to keep" to "keep game partition only" in its settings. took me a whole day to find that when i had that problem;)

@pepxl: i put my .gct in the codes folder, but it cant find it... its the brawl+ rsbe01.gct. thats why i also need to know about the 256 line limit...

it finds my gct now, but the problem with the 255 lines remains. it works fine with cfg usb loader, but i like usb loader gx better and would like to use that. also, the official brawl+ site recommends gx, so it has to work somehow...
