Hacking Usb loader GX wont recognize my usb keyboard

USB Loader GX doesn't use a keyboard.

If AC:CF isn't working with your USB keyboard it's probably not supported.

Do you have d2x base 58 in slot 251? If so, try loading up the game using 251. Supposedly d2x base 58 is needed for USB devices. what d2x version? when i try d2x v6 base 58 slot 251 is says "TMD Version wrong 6432 != 6175"

d2x < v10 is not for vWii at all. You have to use the vWii-specific version of v10 and if it doesn't work with d2x v10 vWii as ISO249[56] then the issue is likely in the virtual Wii system itself.
