Hacking USB loader GX won't detect hdd after rev640

Hello usb loader gx won't detect my hdd any revision after 640, I have cleared all my global settings and everything. The only way it detects it is if I unplug the power to hdd really fast and replug, Yet it's flawless on 640 but id like to update.

I have ntsc/u 4.1 wii hacked IOS249 Rev15 installed

any ideas why this happens it used to happen ages ago then at 640 worked no others well do I need to update any cios' or something if so please help me out as easy as it can be done.

same here, so i switched to configurable - no issues since.
