Hacking USB Loader GX Stops loading Mario Galaxy after Health and Safety Screen

I got USB Loader GX to run all my Wii backups EXCEPT Super Mario Galaxy.
I tried setting the IOS to 249 and 250 with forced NTSC and English language on the game AND loader, still nothing.
I know it isn't a bad rip because I own the physical copy of Galaxy and I ran the rip just fine from my HDD on Dolphin so it can't be the game.
Wiiflow won't run the game either.
Galaxy 2 works fine and flawlessly on both Wiiflow and USB Loader GX.
It's just this ONE game I can't seem figure out what the problem is and I'm hoping someone can help me.
I ran a syscheck and this is what I got. Not sure if it has to do with a certain IOS I don't have but I'd really like to know for the future.

reinstall d2x and replace r53 with r52

Can u help me minds similar games load up and i can play but get stuck on black loading screens e.g wii sports can play the first hole in golf but wont load 2nd one after or super mario galaxy 2 get stuck on black loading screen after finishing first boss. Used right cios rv 52 in slot 49 and 50. Any help would be apreciated thnx

I couldnt get games to work on slot 249 and 250 i tried with both d2xv10 rv 52 and v8 final alternating with base 56 and 57 no luck and decided to try ios 251 which already had base 58 and rv 21008 on it and it worked! no more black screens i thought i solved all problems but realised that games after while playing them (maybe an hour)would crash randomly and found on another forum that that happens on ios 251 but i dont know what else to try?any help would be appreciated thak you
