Hey!I softomoded my wii 7 years ago and i left the sofmod and all my homebrew programs as is for all those years.I remember nothing about wii softmoding. Yesterday i decided to update wiiflow and usb loader gx , but they can't initialize the usb drive after the update. WiiFlow can recognise games only from the SD card and eventually it will either crash with a black screen or it will infinitely try to start the game when i select it. Thanks for your time to read this.
PS: I just realised i posted on wrong thread , i'm sorry.

Hello welcome ,

Post a syscheck report, following this guide ==>https://gbatemp.net/threads/posting-a-system-check.300279/

it will tell us a bit more about the state of your hack, and tell you how to do it later

Or follow this other guide, to update your hack ==>https://gbatemp.net/threads/modmii-for-windows-official-support-topic.207126/

What is your USB support (usb sticks or hard drive) ?? and in what format (fat 32 recommend, NTFS, wbfs) ??

Prefer an external hard drive for better connectivity with the wii.

I am currently using a FAT32 USB stick because i moved the hard disc on my wii u some years ago , but i had no problems using this setup before updating WiiFlow and usbloadergx. I just used a external hard drive to test and these apps have the same exact problem loading games , only nintendont works.

Hello,

Update your CIOS d2x with Modmii that I quote on my previous message.

You can put either to the next version of CIOS d2x on your Wii:

IOS249 [57] (rev 21008, Info: d2x-v8 final): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS250 [56] (rev 21008, Info: d2x-v8 final): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0

or:

IOS249 [57] (rev 21010, Info: d2x-v10 beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0
IOS250 [56] (rev 21010, Info: d2x-v10beta52): Trucha Bug, NAND Access, USB 2.0

Then repost a new syscheck report, for control.

Then prefer an external hard drive for your wii.

the USB keys work poorly with the wii (often black screen or does not work at all).

Start your game by the HBC, and result ??

Is everything okay from my IOSs now?
I tried the flash drive but it doesnt work (I should mention that this flash drive used to work with some older versions of usb loaders but now it cannot be recognised even with them so i think the new IOS and/or new versions of usb loaders are incompatible with the drive as you said)
I'll update the post tommorow as soon as i'll be able to use a spare external hard drive again to test.
Update: Hard disk and usb flash drive are working fine now(the usb was sometimes recognised as RAW from the pc so i deleted all its partitions and reformated it). Thanks for the help.
