I believe it is done by IP geolocation so it should just be wherever you are (or your proxy is), all though I am not 100% on that.
Gamecube homebrew has been working pretty well for the Wii so far though so while the N64 may be out of reach the rest should be fine.

I think there was an N64 emu for Wii/GC released not too long ago. I'm not sure about compatibilty as I haven't tried it yet, but if you search around I'm sure you can find it. I'll post a link if I figure out where I saw it at.
