Just because Hudson Entertainment is dead doesn't mean other publishers can acquire the rights to popular game titles. Hudson Entertainment is dead, Hudson Soft. isn't.

Yes but Hudson Soft is now focused on "social games"

Nobody. Or maybe Konami, they were absorbed by them afterall.
I guess something similar to what happened when Square Enix bought Taito will happen here... only Bomberman 3DS may be the last non social game of a Hudson franchise.
