Hacking Urgent help on downgrade

Hey buys, I am newcomer here and also new to hacking a wii.

So far what i get is a brand new Wii with 3.3U OS installed, it's blank wii system, no HBC, no Wad manager channel on it. I Think the first step is to downgrade to 3.2 by follow the instruction of http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=112...p;#entry1501118

I have all what I need the software and hardware.

My question is:

1. So I have two wad manager, one is Wad manager 1.3 and the other is wadmanagerios16, what's the different between them and what's the mean of wadmanagerios16?

2. Because my Wii is empty so I need to use Twilight hack to install Wad Manager 1.3 first, then install IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad. Is this correct?

3. What means "use Wad Manager that was recoded by Davi92 to work off of IOS16 to install the cIOS_fix"? where I can get cIOS_fix.wad? and what does cIOS_fix do?
