Hi

Im on fw 10.0.4 with Ams 0.13

Is there any good guide of how to upgrade it to further version of the firmware ?

Best update to 10.2.0 and AMS 0.15.0 theres just no need to update to 11.0.0 and patches are not out yet + 11.0.0 most likely will break lots of homebrews since its a update with big under the hood changes and there no need to update unless a new game you want to play needs that update 10.2.0 and AMS 0.15.0 will be fine for months to come

If i want to upgrade the switch to 10.2.0

Could be used ?

2. How to Update Your Switch?
2.1 Updating SysNAND:
Step 1: Update your cfw (and Hekate) to the latest version.
Step 2: Create a backup of your SysNAND! You can do it from Hekate or SX Boot Menu. Make sure to keep your backup in a safe place.
Step 3: You can update to the latest fw by official method, if you can't update your switch with the official method then you should use Daybreak for Atmosphere(comes pre-installed) and ChoiDujourNX for other cfw (See Part 2.2, Steps 2-4). Note that, updating with the official method is safer.

Is it possible to update the switch official to 10.2.0 ?

Im using the 90dns block.

Choixdujour or Daybreak. I don't know if we can post firmware link but search for "switch firmware archive" on google you can find the 10.2 firmware

Don't use Daybreak or ChoiNX on your SysNAND, especially not ChoiNX.
Just wait for atmo to get updated.

Hi

Many advices :)

Should i just keep it as it is ? keep running the on the 10.0.2 fw and upgrade AMS to 0.15.0 ?
Guess this wont let me play the newer games .

Or just stick with the AMS 0.13. ??

Kinda confused :)

If this is your SysNAND don't risk things just for 1-2 days, wait for the Atmosphere to get updated, and then update via official method.

There are no games that require a higher firmware of 10.0.2 and there likely won't be for a while.

I got the Google Pixel Pro buds, they're good enough for when I need portable audio. And some really cheap IEMs that Dankpods recommends, I think the KZ ZSN Pro

I'd stick with cheapo Chinese $10 ones quality is actually becoming on pair with name brand since name Brand usually quads the price up anyway loose one bud that's another $200

My Pixel Pro buds shit the bed a month or two ago. My wireless charger (which they do support Qi charging) absolutely COOKED them. Caused some problem that caused the case to heat up to 180F+
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
They were like 9 months out of warranty but I hit up Google support anyway and told them how hot they were getting and they replaced them with new ones because they wanted these for failure analysis lol

    lol wireless charging
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Yeah that's why I can't bring myself to even spend $100 on wireless earbuds

  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
Apparently the case has a problem with >15W wireless chargers. Google design fault, that one.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
I could live with wireless charging if the damn standard case doesn't block connection

    Copper conducting electricity or something
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
@Xdqwerty, power through a coil of wire causes an electromagnetic field to be generated. Another coil of wire can be set up to harness the power from that electromagnetic field and turn it into usable energy for charging a device
