I am late to this party but since 11.6 dropped I figured it would be time to update. Now I am updating to bs9 but I'm pretty sure I already had a9lh so I'm using the guide for that update. All fine so far but now I am a bit confused. Is this ok to proceed?

It is green but it says not installed. So I'm a in a pinch here xD

Nope. I also tried to disable the error in Luma settings but now I only get a blackscreen, so that wasnt the solution. And I can only boot into EmuNAND right now. Cause when I try to boot normal I get the error.

Ah sorry I thought the error was when you tried to boot into the EmuNAND.
Can you boot into SysNAND without the SD card?

If you have a backup, you can always try to restore it but honestly I don't know what's wrong. To me looked like an issue with the menu Extdata but in that case you should have been able to boot into SysNAND without the sd card.
Did you also update the boot.firm in your NAND?
Can you boot Godmode9?

I can boot Godmode9 fine without issues and I used the boot.firm from the Luma zip. Can try to update that again.
