Hacking updated wii to 4.2 with waninkoko updater ios 249 freezes

ok so i had my wii at 4.0 i and i have a cyclowiz, i was always able to play games from disc and hd with usb loader, i then upgraded to 4.2 with waninkoko 4.2 updater, then my homebrew channel went upside down i fixed that, but whenever in wad manager or in trucha restorer or anytime really when i select ios 249 it freezes and wii remote shuts off. I got the new wiiflow for new super mario bros and the game runs fine from my hard drive, is there a way to get the ios 249 to stop freezing, i have cios installer 38 rev 14 installed and wads work to, am i ok with ios 249 freezing or will it be a problem in future, all wads and wiiflow work fine

Try reinstalling IOS249, yours is a stub I think.
