Hacking Update to 4.2E using xzxero's method

Ive asked this question on the sticky but i never got a reply so can i please ask if i update to 4.2E from 4.1E using xzxero's method would it delete bootmii Installed as boot2 and the homebrew channel?.

Did you use the latest HackMii Installer, which you can download from the link below?

Regardless, if you have version 1.0.6 of the Homebrew Channel, updating to 4.2 will not delete it, as it uses a different Title ID ('JODI' instead of 'HAXX'). If you are using an older version, then I'm pretty sure that it will be deleted.

I don't know about BootMii as Boot2, but I assume that if you updated to the Beta 4 version of it, it will not be removed either.

Just curious, but does that guide even have you install any Boot2 file? If not, then it should be fine.

1.It will not delete the HBC if you have the new HBC with the JODI Title
2.His method will not delete bootmii because you are not upgrading your boot2

I currently have bootmii boot 2 and HBC 1.03 installed using hackmii installer beta2.
