So, I updated my Luma emunand to 11.1, but when I try to run the HB Launcher CIA, it just stops on a red screen on the bottom. I do have a hblauncherloader_otherapp_payload_OLD-11-0-0-33-USA.bin on my SD root, and it still red-screens even if it's renamed to 11-1-0-34.

What's changed? Do I need to get a new payload?

Edit: Yep. It was a payload update. I also had to go in and change where it was trying to load the 3dsx from (although, since I'm not on that old-ass rxTools anymore, I can probably change back from b_hb.3dsx to boot.3dsx, huh?).

It seems i'm f*cked. Thx anyway :)
It wouldn't matter anyways, since it's a secondary exploit. If you have a card and a Powersaves you can still install it though.

did you have steelhax installed before 11.1, at 11.0?
do you have freakyhax, because these hax are uploaded and can be used on 11.1 right now.

I have my console with a9lh, but it was for a friend x) Now I got OoTHax working with a nice boot rate anyway :)

in order to use that correctly, you have to exit Homebrew, without rebooting, it will give you an option to do that, then the eshop should be available, if you have menuhax, you need to uninstall it.
I think Because i updated the 11.1 first, and then downloading the otherapp bin, and attempting to put it in the Root, is causing the crashing issue, and the steelhax, and freaky to not work. I had no idea, you had to update it with 11.1 otherapp.bin, while you are still in version 11.0
I have Hombrew Loader installed via BrowserHax. There are no homebrew icons on my home screen. (Also for some reason my 3DS doesn't save changes to my icon layout and every time I turn it on it says I have a new app installed which is something that has been on there for a while.) I access the Homebrew Loader by holding a set button combination while turning on the 3DS, (which is a New 3DS btw.) I tried to run ctr-HTTpwn and then go to the home screen without rebooting, but when I try that option it just freezes on a yellow screen on the touch screen. (Same happens when I try using either "eShop" or "old eShop" icons in the Homebrew Loader.)
Did I do something wrong with the initial install of Homebrew Loader?

So, I used Powersaves to update the hacked save on my OoT cart. Tried to get to the Homebrew menu as I did before. Now I get the black screen saying that the ropbin is ready... and then it drops back to the basic 3DS menu. It won't load up the Homebrew menu for some reason.

Is there anything specific I need to do to get it working again?
