These are the games that you can transfer to your Vita from your PS3 and are not currently in the official list of PSP supported games by Sony. Next to a game, in parenthesis are any incompatibilities due to regions.

Don't forget Power Stone Collection, Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max, Fate Codes Unlimited (Before they took it down from the US PSN. ), Kamen Rider Climax Heroes Fourze (Only from the JPN PSN you purchased it from.), and Sega Genesis Collection.

I was just talking to @BrightNeko and he said that:
powered up isn't on the USA or EU psn. It is on the JP one though so if you want it you have to nab it there
Just looked Maverick hunter isn't on the EU psn either

Shouldn't there be a parenthesis saying that MMMHX is not on EU PSN? Or it is avaiable for EU PS3 PSN but is not avaiable to PSVita EU PSN?
Do anyone know if Megaman Powered Up is on unofficial PSVita compatibility list? I'm quite sure I've seen it on USA PS3 PSN!

They should hurry up and put up all compatible (PS3 to Vita) games up on the Vita store. I don't have a PS3 nor should I need one to transfer such games. That's bull fuck.

How? When I try to transfer Valkyria Chronicles 2, I would get a error saying something about not compatible. So, have do I get these games to play with PS Vita.

Is there any particular reason to why Sony holds back new releases from Vita?

Gungir doesnt work yet (Despite every other Atlus game i owned being compatible day 1), and now Unchained Blades isnt compatible.

Kind of making me want to pull out my GO and start downloading again
