On other forums people made their own forums and invited members to pretty much say anything they wanted. But no illegal links just for your safety. I would join a gba temp unmodded forum if you create one. if you do you will be an admin so I suggest you do not go against your own idea and mod people because they may not agree.

The Testing Area is basically an unmoderated forum, just about anything ges as long as you follow the basic rules of no porn or links to illegal download.s. Also there is always blogs as well, they are like the Testing Area but even more laxed on the rules though the warez and porn ban is still in effect.

People get away with plenty between the Testing Area and the Blogs, so I dont know what else you could be wanting to do that you'd need an unmoderated forum.

...But you could always find some other misc. forum and just link it in your sig, I suppose. That way, everyone wins. You've got immunity from being modded for certain things and the Mods are able to maintain the quality of GBAtemp which has made this place so fun for everyone else
