universal remote help

this seem really stupid but i have this universal remote

and for some reason it went out of sync with my tv i looked for the manual (which has the codes) but i couldn't find it
i also looked online but couldn't find it there either
if anyone has this remote and the manual i would be very happy

im going to the shops the day after tomorrow and i dont mind buying a new remote but its a fucker walking to change the channel.

According to Google it might be a rebranded Argos version of a product manufactured by One-For-All.

It looks a lot like their URC3415, so maybe that's the one and it's programmed the same way? : Manual
