Do you have emuNAND? I remember someone saying that it won't work without.

I could never get it to work either, and I have an emunand. Just install FBI as a CIA.

I couldn't get it to work at all. Use this guide: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release...ect-generator-jpn-usa-eur-chn-kor-twn.391525/. It worked for me using this method... it basically injects FBI to your emuNAND dump that you'll then need to restore with emuNAND Tool
