Gaming Um, can Action Replay break your hinges?

My neighbor (my brothers like best friend) swears that his DS Lite hinges broke because he put in an Action Replay.

I personally think he's... retarded... but I could be wrong?

Of course it didn't break the hinges. If it did anything it might have (maybe) made the card slot loose. Hinges, on at least some DSlites were very common to break, AR had nothing to do with it.

The hinges on DS Lite's break pretty often, but there's no way a cart inside the slot can magically physically break your hinges.
