Hacking Uh oh. I can't use the internet browser without a system update

I'm trying to put custom firmware on my old model 3DS XL. It's on 10.3 firmware. But it won't let me use the internet browser without a system update. Meaning I can't access browserhax. What are my options? I have to access the homebrew launcher so I can install menu hax and downgrade to 9.2.

If you have a copy of Cubic Ninja/Ocarina Of Time then you can install Ninjhax/OOT3DHax and access the homebrew channel, or you could try this:

Set these as your Dns
DNS 1- 107.211.140.165
DNS 2- 107.211.140.065
Then disable WiFi for now and open browser to http://yls8.mtheall.com/browserhax_fright.php exit when it errors then re-enable WiFi and open browser. After you get menuhax installed set Dns to auto.

This isn't working. I tried the oot3dhax and when I started the game it said the save file was corrupt and deleted it.

If you will use OoThax, you have to delete all save datas before install OoThax
It's easier if you use yellows8 bypass

Hi, I have a old 3DS XL on v9.9 and I still cant access the browser to initialize the savedata despite changing the date time to 1 Jan 2000, 00:00. Once I attempt to open the browser, it will display the prompt to inform me to perform the system update. Any advice? Thanks.

Use tubehax dns settings. There's a guide on here somewhere

Was the system updated via cart, if so 9.9+ cart updates dummy out the browser meaning you are limited to game exploits only
