Twilight menu++ help

When I try to open Twilight menu++ on my 3ds xl it will flash a white screen then go to the power off screen.

I can't load DS download play or twilight menu or the Internet ds connections when I try my screen flashes white and then goes to the power off screen

twl fix isnt a twl firm item. it runs on native mode. which you will run the twl fix app and then doing a system update once that app has done what it needs to
