The pointer tool is there, but in the English version it is not named "PokemonPatchPointerTool" so it wont work. Go to the appdata folder and find PatchPointerTool, it'll work. (or use french version for pppt until it's fixed)

EDIT: The English executable needs fixing, I've encountered several bugs like the one above, cia files and rom files failing to rebuild etc.

But the French executable works fine for those things, so it looks like these functions where...lost in translation.

It seems like Asia81 forgot to change the inputs for the English version. If you use the French one it works, but be sure to follow the prompts correctly (n/y becomes n/o for example) and pull up the English alongside for reference if needed.
