You are banned from Miiverse ? I found the solution to not get banned easily!
It's very simple, I tested my discovery on five consoles of Nintendo 3DS family, and it works without any problems. If you do this tutorial, you are debanned of Miiverse, so... Try !

TUTORIAL:
1) Go to the Nintendo eShop.
2) Download "Nintendo Arcade Badge".
3) Launch "Nintendo Arcade Badge".
4) In the hall of the software, go to the "Miiverse".
5) Post a message from the "Publish" button on the touch screen.

Hah, I got banned today because I was telling about how to obtain the McDonald's Hoopa through SSID renaming. "Illegal activities", they said.

Please, don't. You don't need to prove to me that Nintendo is paranoid when it comes to things like this. I know full well their stance on this. What I question here, basically, is the fact that people know this, and yet they keep baiting Nintendo, AND THEN WHINE/BRAG about it afterwards when they know perfectly well how it's gonna be.
