I have a drive I use for my PS3 backups that I'd like to put my Wii backups on. The problem is FAT32 formatted drives don't support files larger than 4GB. Is there a solution besides creating a new partition? And if I shrink the current partition to create a new one for the Wii games, will all my existing files have to be moved or is it a quick process?

Convert your wii backup iso's to wbfs format. Most of them should be smaller than 4.7Gig already.
I use "Wii Game Manager" for that purpose. It splits larger wbfs files (>4.7Gig) as well.
