ROM Hack Trying to export '.vpl' files to obj and import them back. Or something.

I'm just going to get straight to the point. I exported the romfs of "Dillon's Dead Heat Breakers", and I wanted to edit some models for fun, but the file ended with '.vpl' for most of the models, if not, all. Ohana3DS Rebirth can allow me to view them, but the tool does not have a proper export feature from what I've heard. Ohana3DS (Not Rebirth) does not allow me to open '.vpl' files. Does anyone know of alternatives? Or any programs that will work? EveryFileExplorer didn't load the files either.

Edit: It looks like I can export models, but not import them in Ohana3DS Rebirth.
