Not to rain on your parade, but that's hardly news. More the way the DOJ can handle a case (and does, in this case) . And if you read your own source (https://edition.cnn.com/2023/10/25/...-least-5-more-trump-co-defendants?cid=ios_app), it shows that it's about potential deals. And at least one turned it down.

Shouldn't that piss poor memory be considered a proof of senility to disqualify him?
there's a difference between an elderly person memory not being sharp because of age, and a Mob boss refusing to acknowledge crimes he "Hinted" he wanted his underling to do ( example "if my Aides broke the law to build the Wall... I would give the a Pardon.")

They all are not going to take it, its a numbers game, but when another one takes the plea, the Percentage of the next guy taking it out of fear of all of it being pinned on them multiplies (Rule of 72)

"Despite the extraordinary public interest, their case files will now be sealed. Ken Chesebro's previously public docket is now inaccessible"

ohhhh looks like Plea deals will be sealed...
Might be related to the defendants safety and to avoid witness tampering.
Wonder if it was because someone else wanted to flip but wanted it to be sealed as a condition
