Just so everyone knows ;p

I manged to fix my problem. I ran 'gparted' a partition program i was running off a KNOPPIX linux live cd, and i found my 250 gb seagate and saw the 98 gb partition for the wii and the other 138 partition that i was using as FAT32. I formated the other partition and it managed to make my Harddrive detectable in windows again and Detectable by all the WBFS managers.

I appreciate everyones help again ;p Hope this stays up incase anyone has the same problem
