Hacking Trouble setting up cIOS on 4.1 wii

Hi there,

I'm currently modding a friends wii with system 4.1. As of today I only modded 3.x Wiis and I have some trouble with this new one. HBC ist all set up, no problem whatsoever. But I can't get Waninkokos cIOS 249 or Hermes' cIOS 222 to install. I get various errors (1017, 2011, ES_Identify). I think it has something to do with Trucha Bug or ES_Identify but I do not actually know what to do now. I tried DOP IOS Mod v8 to patch for example IOS 36 but it also can't install anything.

Questions:

1.) Is it normal tha DOP IOS Mod doesn't work either?

2.) Would it be possible to install System Menu 3.2 via DOP? I did not tried that by now (don't want to mess around with system nenu until it is absolutely neccessary).

3.) What should I do?

If DOP-IOS doesn't work try Trucha Bug Restorer. Don't downgrade the System Menu.
