I know this probably sounds pretty dumb to bother using 3 partitions, but as of right now, I have two partitions, NTFS and WBFS, and I want to make a 10-20 GB partition out of my NTFS one, but prior to doing so, I wanted to know if I'd encounter any issues. WBFS is (obviously) for Wii games, NTFS is for large files (Like DVD ISOs) and I'm hoping to create a FAT32 for Wii Homebrew to store some of my extra ROMs and use for certain Homebrew apps.

Yes it is possible, but I believe partitioning will clear your NTFS partition.

If you use Partition Magic, you may be able to resize the NTFS partition, freeing up some space without affecting the existing data. Then you can use the freed up space to create your third partition.

Partition Magic (not free) is a powerful tool to mess with filesystems.
As a free alternative, there is GParted. You burn that as a bootable disc and boot your computer with it. It will load a linux environment and an application for partitioning stuff.

those work great, i used partition magic, but make sure your partition is fresh and not fragmented

I formatted partition 1 preliminarily in fat32 then used wbfs to convert it and have partition 2 set as ntfs (great for music and large multimedia files as geexbox can see ntfs) and my third partition is fat32 and I use that for storing wad backups and all my roms for emulators. Works awesome.
