ROM Hack Trio of towns online multiplayer

So, I have a pal console and the game Story of Seasons Trio of towns installed as US version (not regoing free).
Now I'm at the point where I could use the multiplayer but when I try to start the connection it asks me to accept some conditions (I press accept) but after maybe 2 seconds I get an error code with the explanation how to agree to the conditions in my settings (which I already have).
Is it impossible for me to play online?

Sorry for my bad english, I hope everything is understandable.

Look up config.cia. Download it and install it. Launch it and look for the EULA. Change it to ff:ff and you should be able to go online with out-of-region games.
