ROM Hack Trauma Centre FreeShop

Right I didn't want to make a new thread about it. I did search for the answer but had no luck.

Is it me or is the Trauma Center: Under the Knife 1 + 2 series not on FreeShop? Would I need to get the .cia files instead?

P.S. Not sure if this needs to be posted under 3DS discussion as am looking for the game using FreeShop on the New 3DS.

It's a DS game, you can't play it on a 3DS without a cartridge.

FreeShop has no control over what's on it nor any real connection to that key site. As well freeShop is limited to what's on the eShop and the tickets being dumped. If it's not on the eShop and or the ticket hasn't been dumped, it won't be found with freeShop.
As well those games are DS games and require a flashcart to work, such as the R4i Gold or DSTWO to get DS games to work.
