Hacking Trauma Center 2

Hi,
I recently started playing this game, but it freezes at a certain point, so I was wondering if it is my rom, or if it is the cart.
The game freezes at 7-4 right after the convulsions and when the new lacerations appear. The music stops and the touch screen doesn't work, but I can press A to move the dialogue.
It freezes right after the end of the dialogue, in the middle of the operation.
Any help will be much appreciated

Is the RTS/softreset off?
