Let me get this straight (your English is pretty hard to read).
You want to assemble a team to translate Captain Tsubasa for PS2? Welp, good luck with that. This is your first post, so you have no reputation. People will not want to join you. You should prove yourself first, maybe by releasing a translation yourself (but before that, work on your English skills).

EDIT: PS, you should write more descriptive thread titles. Just the word “translation” leaves a lot for imagination.
