That isn't what is happening. People are coming to the team, offering to translate for a certain language. For example, I don't know all of these languages. I am solely working on the english project. Because our project is open to the public anyone can help, so when someone offers to do a specific language, it becomes there job. Most of the team just manages the content the public translates. (except for some of the bigger releases like english/german). This is why translations are pretty random, and reviewing takes a lot of time, due to errors/typos/bad translations etc.

What I am trying to say is that pooling all of the team together would be useless. Since the people who want a german translation know german, and would not offer their help in the english area. If this was not a public project it would be a very different scenario. We would have less translators, less languages, and this project would be going much slower.

Fixed it.

Erry day isn't necessarily a spelling error but a written form of accent, slang.

Also congrats on patch 1.9. The japanese logo Black 2 patch seems to be broken though, it would freeze on my DSTwo.

Any work being put towards Join Avenue? It is a very useful new features of the games and deserves treatment much like PWT or the Pokémon Centers.

Pretty much done cleaning out the battle UI's Japanese text, just some jagged lines to finish. (the battle UI graphics are more difficult to edit than normal graphics, but I've shown it's possible)
The distortion is pretty close to gone. I think I'll leave it there, it's not worth editing more because it's not too noticeable now.

Instructions:
Below, I have attached a ROM patch that reflects our progress so far. I have also included the xDelta ROM patching utility. Make sure you use a clean un-edited ROM when applying the patch. Since version 1.2, the translation patch includes the 2CH AP Fix v2, so you do not need to patch for anti-piracy. To patch the ROM, download and then unzip the file below. Then open the xdeltaUI mod program, and select the patch file. Then choose your clean ROM for the source file. After that, type a name like pokemon.nds for the output file. Press apply and wait for it to say "Patch successful". Make sure that your ROM has the same name as your save file. If your flash cart has trouble, then make sure you have the latest firmware, and then copy all files from your SD card to your computer, then format your SD card, then copy your files back to your SD card.

Having trouble?
If you are experiencing lag, glitches, or random freezes, then format your SD card with the Panasonic SD Formatter. Do not trim the ROM. Make sure your flashcart is using the latest firmware. See below, for specific instructions for your emulator or flashcart:

For users in German, the word located in the German screenshot for Back should say Zurück, not Zurueck. The German language requires the aou with umlaut.
