Homebrew Transferring Pokemon ORAS Save Data from Original microSD to Luma3DS microSD

CFW Info: Followed 3ds.hack.guide's Seedminer on 11.6 on 'New' 3DS - Original

So I'm here to hopefully get a solution to a little problem I have, I recently installed Luma3DS but didn't copy the files prior to the process* from my original 4gb microSD to the new 32gb microSD that I used to install CFW.

After the process: On the original 4gb microSD I still have a digital copy of Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and now I'm not sure how to transfer THAT save file to my new Luma3DS 32gb microSD.

Things I've Tried So Far:
1. Copying and Pasting and Overwriting everything that's in the Original microSD to the Luma3DS microSD(Game didn't show, neither did save file)
2. Using the Settings/DataManagement/3DS/Delete and Backup Save Data on the Original microSD then copying everything on the Original microSD to the Luma3DS microSD and then redownloading the game from eShop and trying to restore the save data that way(Save Data didn't show up)

Any idea what to do?

Put boot.firm on the old mSD, and follow https://3ds.guide/finalizing-setup. Use Checkpoint to export the save. Move the Checkpoint folder to the other SD card. Use Checkpoint to restore the save.
