ROM Hack Transferring pkhex Pokémon to legit console?

Hey guys, like the title says, is there any way to trade Pokémon you made on pkhex to another console that is legit? I have a friend who does not live close but does not have a cfw switch like I do, how can I get Pokémon to him? Any method suggestions? Thanks!

mod save with out nnid link than use link to Nintendo account then transfer it needs to be not ban switch though
