Hacking Transfer system data and saves from a lost cfw 3ds to a new one?

So my old 3ds has been taken to the shadow realm (must have slipped out of my pocket somewhere). I fortunately have the SD card and a backup of the sysnand from when i first installed CFW. What I really want to know is if it's possible to at least get my saves onto a new 3ds, but if i could also get the system data back that would be great :) Hopefully someone can help me or point me in the right direction for assistance. Thanks guys!

So the save files on the SD card are encrypted just like the games themselves?
