Download:
Twlsavemanager
Pkhex
SVDT/JKSM/Any other save manager.

1. Extract White save with TWLsavemanager

2. Extract X save with JKSM/SVDT

3. Open Pkhex

4. Open white save file and export all the Pokémon you wanna transfer as .pkm files

5. Open X save file and import your .pkm Pokémon. Save

6. Import save back into X and play with your imported Pokémon.

7. ???

8. Profit
