Transfer Pokémon from one game ROM to another?

I've been recently finished Pokémon Blue on the Game Boy. But here's the thing: I'm playing on an emulator on my hacked 3DS, not an actual Game Boy. I have the .SAV file, so is there any way that I can transfer my Pokémon from Blue to Pokémon Gold? And what if I wanted to transfer to Pokémon Ruby, and then Platinum, and then all the way up to X and Y? Is there a tool or an emulator that allows this? Is it even possible?

You could load the saves for Blue and Gold on an emulator on PC and trade between the games that way.

You could also just pull the data and inject the pokemon from Blue to Gold using a save editor.
