Transfer emummc to sysmmc

Hey,
so i recently bought an unpatched switch and installed cfw with a partition based emummc. After I set everything up and installed my games i booted into sysmmc to play my legal copy of Mario Kart 8 online only to find out the console was already banned.
Can I somehow transfer the emummc to sysmmc (after creating a backup ofc) to save myself from setting everything up again? I can't find any conclusive info on that.
If not how can I transfer/ back up my game files (some have updates DLCs and english patches installed) so i can start over and install everything to sysmmc?

Backup your save and delete the emunand, format the entire card by deleting the hidden partition emunand with tool like minitool wizard, then reinstall the games, and inject your saves.

i dont have the game files anymore
can i extract them from the emummc while keeping updates and dlcs?

You need to reinstall the DLC and the updates. you can't drag and drop.

alright damn
but can i just back up the content of my nintendo folder (emunand) format my sd reinstall hats and paste the nintendo folder in sysnand?
will this at least save me from redownloading everything besides updates and dlc

You need it in nsp format not the data inside the nintendo folder.

yeah i got it now
imma just dump the nsps with tinfoil and redownload the updates/dlcs thanks for your quick help g

Actually you can dump combined nsps (with updates and dlcs included) via dbi straight to your computer
