As i read lots of threads about protection from being banned, i see lots of different opinion. but i already have a conclusion (but im not sure if my conclusion will protect me
)
The situation i have is this:
1. Run Stock firmware (OFW) for anything legit.
2. Run sysMMC just for importing saves from emuMMC, no more no less. i dont intend to play online here, i reserve playing online only to Stock FW.
3. Run emuMMC for homebrew and playing backups.
So to protect my sysMMC
1. No pirated installs
2. No homebrew installs
3. I want to use DNS MITM here cuz i dont plan to play online here, i want to enable DNS MITM in sysMMC just because im paranoid.
4. Dont use Exosphere (dont blank serial# to zero) in sysMMC
Why i dont want to use Exosphere on sysMMC?
So to protect my sysMMC
1. DNS-MITM to prevent connection to nintendo.
2. Exosphere - its not risky to use it here since zeroing serial will not mirror it to serial of OFW/sysMMC.
Am i safe with this setup?

- Log Discrepancy: Your console continuously generates internal system logs. If you run sysMMC CFW with a blanked serial, the logs generated during that session will record a serial number of "0000000000".
- Upload Hazard: When you later reboot into OFW (Official Firmware) and connect to the internet, your real serial becomes visible again. If the system then uploads those accumulated "zero-serial" logs to Nintendo's servers, the mismatch between your actual hardware ID and the ID in the logs could trigger a flag for a ban.
- Permanent Traces: Even if you do not pirate, the mere existence of logs containing a blanked serial number is strong evidence that the system environment was tampered with.

1. DNS-MITM to prevent connection to nintendo.
