Any Gameshark will boot burned games, just boot the Gameshark, then start the game with no cheats enabled. Swap the discs when it tells you.

Cracked PS1 game? You mean those anti-mod games or those with LibCrypt?
Both can be handled like any other PS1 game. A good modchip – like the already mentioned PsNee – will not trip anti-mod and CDs read with RAW+Sub96 and burned with RAW-DAO+Sub96 will satisfy LibCrypt.

Tonyhax International can take care of those two roadblocks as well.
