Same Emunand, just a new SD?

Copy paste everything over to your new SD and it'll be good to go.

i had to reinstal emunand

If you've already created a new emunand, pretty sure you're screwed.

If you previously unlinked your Nands by formatting the Sysnand, then you'll have a new Emunand ID.

In which case you'll need to use SaveDataFiler (gotta google for it)
Find your games ID here: http://3dsdb.com/
Locate the last 4 or so Number / Letters for your game in Savedatafiler
Export to SD
When you have everything backed swap

The above is what I had written out prior to realizing you'd still need access to your original Emunand for the original SD. :|

well, even thought i've installed a new emunand, the save still works in the old sd.

Have you tried just copy pasting everything over then?

When you have everything backed swap back to New SD (Placing those files onto the new SD (backed up saves are stored in folder Filer in root of SD)
Savadatafiler > Import the saves to your system (L + A iirc)

Try just copy pasting everything from the old SD to the new SD first.
Since you say the old still works, i'm assuming it's the same emunand even though you formatted.

If that doesn't work, you can do what Rioluwott said.

here is how
First use gateway loader to get a new emunand on the new sd(if you don´t have one)
download emunand tool from here https://gbatemp.net/threads/emunand-tool-release-and-support-thread.359239/
Power off your 3ds and put your old sd on the pc
Open emuNAND tool and click extract emunand
its going to create a file named NAND.bin(thats your old sd emunand)
now put your new sd on the pc and click inject NAND to emuNAND
trasfer all your old files make sure that when you click inject NAND to emuNAND you should only have your new sd
