Hacking transfer animal crossing town to R4

This might be a dumb question, but is there any way for me to transfer my Animal Crossing town from my original cart to my R4 (without voiding my warranty or doing anything too complicated)? I've become quite attached to my town and don't want to lose it

DsPet's AC cheat/trainer looks like it can do this, but it sounds tough. Also you may need a slot 2 flash cart. You can always ask him though.

Never used it, but looks like it could. You will need a slot 2 flash cart though...

DOESN'T WORK MK2/MK3.

Rein will work, as long as you have a compatible slot-2 card to copy the save to.
