so I have a question I have my n3ds xl with a9hl and Luma install it's on the stock 4gb it came with I just got a new 32gb SD card can i just copy and paste everything on my 4gb SD to my new 32gb?

Actually there is one step that could really help. With 32GB+ SD cards, I've found there is some slowdown in the boot time with the stock format.
I suggest only copying Luma3DS and emuNAND9 over as payload.
Then running emuNAND9 and using these options
SD Format Options...
Format SD (no EmuNAND)
This formatting step will properly format the SD card to get the best performance on your 3DS.
After it's done formatting, copy over the entire contents of your old SD card to your new one.
