ROM Hack Trainer Battles?

hi im new here, i was wondering if there is a mod to HG/SS that makes all the Trainers Have level 90-100 pokemons?

i was just asking since there is no way for me to battle online cause its almost imposible to use wifi in my area and my pc is like crap,..

its still in beta but it has all the pokemon and you dont walk around and everyone in the game is extremely hard, im serious. Im serious they are. I once beat 4 pokemons then he beat my whole team with only 2 D= seriously they are pro.

i already tried that, it took me 3 minutes to make a turn, (yea thats how bad my net connection is) i like it, but like i said i my pc is crappy and im in a provincial area. =(

Oh kk, must be a really bad internet, did you download pokemon heartgold or soulsilver? Must have taken a long time.
